Plan subscriptions are at the organization level, and paid features and resources are available to all workspaces within that organization. Your plan determines the number of workspaces available per organization. A workspace is a collection of processes shared between a group of users. Workspaces are useful for creating independent, secure organization between different teams, clients, or processes.

Note: concurrent runs are counted independently (ex: 5 robots running concurrently for 5 minutes each = 25 total run minutes).

Run minutes are consumed when running process steps with Cloud or Self-hosted Workers. All plans receive a package of free run minutes every billing cycle. Unused run minutes do not transfer.Additional minutes are available on Consumption & Enterprise plans, which billed at the end of the billing cycle. For plans with a billing cap, the run minutes are billed per process up until the cap, and overages are not counted for billing.

Robot Assistants can be triggered by users from their desktops to automate ad-hoc or human-in-the-loop tasks. Each triggering of an Assistant from the Assistant application consumes one assistant run. All plans receive a package of assistant runs every billing cycle.

Our billing cycle is monthly and beginning on the day that your plan subscription is activated. Invoices can be found on the Plan & Billing page under organization settings. Late payments may result in the forced downgrade of your organization to the free tier.

For example, a monthly subscription set to cycle on the 2nd of the month will always be billed on the 2nd. If a month doesn’t have the anchor day, the subscription will be billed on the last day of the month. For example, a subscription starting on January 31 bills on February 28 (or February 29 in a leap year), then March 31, April 30, and so on.

All major credit card payments are supported, with Stripe acting as the payment processor. Other payment methods are available in Consumption and Enterprise plans.
